Radstones were tasked with relocating a 15 person corporate management team from London to LA within six weeks of the initial inquiry.
We met the three senior members of their team for an initial orientation tour, quickly locating and securing suitable offices (with parking) for them in Century City.
After a city tour they agreed that they all preferred to live in the Santa Monica area. We located apartments for each employee, some of which were ocean front, the lead manager's was a $16,000 per month duplex unit with access to a rooftop infinity pool on Ocean Avenue.
We sourced furniture for each apartment that was unfurnished, meeting each relocatee when they arrived at LAX.
The relocation was successfully completed on time and within budget, taking just 5 weeks from our first meeting in LA.
